Professor Anne Cust
Professor Anne Cust is an epidemiologist, leading the Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Research group at the School of Public Health, The University of Sydney. She receives fellowship funding from the NHMRC and Cancer Institute NSW. Her research focuses on melanoma epidemiology, prevention, early detection and survivorship, with a strong emphasis on translational outcomes. Anne is an Investigator on a Centre for Research Excellence in Melanoma with colleagues from Melanoma Institute Australia and other inter-state melanoma centres, and collaborates on several international melanoma consortia (GenoMEL, GEM, InterMEL) focussed on improving melanoma outcomes. She is also the President of the Australasian Epidemiological Association.
