MIA's researchers and doctors are joining with 40,000 other delegates from around the world in Chicago this week for the biggest oncology conference in the world, the ASCO Annual Meeting.
ASCO is one of the most important meetings for oncologists and cancer researchers because preliminary results from studies are discussed there before publication. It is one of the best ways for doctors and researchers to learn about upcoming trends in treatment.
In addition to leading educational sessions on advanced melanoma to hundreds of delegates, five doctors from MIA will be presenting their research to the international audience. Abstracts and poster presentations are available online for more information about what is being presented.
